Support Team

Perspectives’ multidisciplinary team coordinates housing, on-site chemical/mental health services, medical attention, as well as strategies to meet the needs of the children.  Our team of licensed teachers and a Children's Mental Health Therapist interface with the housing staff to ensure all members of the family are being served in a coordinated system of care.  Our Director of Evaluation monitors progress toward goals and outcomes, analyzes data, conducts evaluation, and creates reports.  Our Director of Community Engagement and additional staff ensure that all programs are adequately supported by a team of volunteers and interns.
