Children are learning every moment of every day.

Perspectives’ Pre-K Every Day program provides a trauma sensitive early learning environment to children living with their mothers in Perspectives’ Supportive Housing program and the greater community. The program celebrates the gifts of each child while taking advantage of unique opportunities for learning and growth in the early childhood years.

What we do:

  • Offer a language-rich program that sets the stage for gaining a love for reading.

  • Exposure to math and science concepts that help develop greater thinking skills.

  • Provide a high quality early learning environment staffed with talented, licensed early childhood experts that supports student’s needs.

  • Support student growth and development through active engagement in learning centers – both indoors and outdoors and intentional teaching.

  • Prepare nutritious, family-style meals which are planned and cooked by the Kids Cafe Chef and Registered Dietitian with fresh ingredients from Perspectives’ gardens.

  • Open each student’s world to natural wonder – Daily activities bring students a sense of awe, a healthy body, and peaceful mind.

Parents are the child’s first and most important teacher. Pre-K Every Day joins together with parents to prepare children socially and academically with a strong start for the years ahead.
