Intake Services

Intake services involve an in-person meeting between the Program Manager and the residential and non-residential parents -- scheduled at separate times. During the intake process, staff will discuss the following with each parent: background information, policy/procedures and program goals. Parents will also receive general program information, fill out required paperwork and will take a tour of the agency. Upon request, staff will complete a separate intake with the children involved in any given service. This child-focused intake will provide an opportunity for children to become acclimated to staff and the environment before their first session.

By Appointment, Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Fees: $25.00 per parent (on-site) or $50.00 per parent (off-site)*
