Intake services involve an in-person meeting between the
Program Manager and the residential and non-residential parents --
scheduled at separate times. During the intake process, staff will
discuss the following with each parent: background information,
policy/procedures and program goals. Parents will also receive general
program information, fill out required paperwork and will take a tour of
the agency. Upon request, staff will complete a separate intake with the
children involved in any given service. This child-focused intake will
provide an opportunity for children to become acclimated to staff and
the environment before their first session.
By Appointment, Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Fees: $25.00 per parent (on-site) or $50.00 per parent (off-site)*
Supervised Services involve arrival and departure monitoring, parental
separation monitoring and the supervised use of agency space. Parents
involved in this service are held accountable to appropriate behavior by
continual audio and visual supervision by trained Parent Coaches. The

non-residential parent while at Perspectives.
Parent Coaching: All families involved
in supervised services are required to participate in Parenting Coaching
Services as available. This service involves a Parent Coach and
Non-Residential parent working on issues of self-care, parenting skills and
child focused education.

with the Non-Residential parent up to 30 minutes before a session and up to
30 minutes after a session. The time frame before and after the

will periodically meet with the Residential parent as necessary throughout
the Parenting Coaching process.
